New Group (Starting early 2026):

I’m starting a new experiential process group early next year for individuals who want to better understand themselves in connection with others.

This kind of work offers something unique: the chance to notice what happens between people in the moment and to explore new ways of relating. In this setting, the patterns that shape how we connect—such as moving closer, pulling away, or holding back—often become clearer. With the support of the facilitator and other group members, you’ll get to try new responses and see what shifts.

In this group, you can speak openly, voice your needs, and explore how you affect others and how they affect you. You may find that your impact is different from your intention. Along the way, the insights you gain can become something you carry with you. People who have taken part in this kind of process often describe feeling lighter, more at ease in social situations, and better able to bring their full selves into relationships.
